Luoyang Guohan Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of CNY 50.10 million, focusing on section insulators, neutral section insulators and high-voltage disconnectors for electrified railway OCS.
2013-06-28 · First railway supply contract
Won the contact-wire fittings tender for the Luoyang Power Supply Depot of Zhengzhou Railway Bureau, entering the railway supply chain in the second year after founding.
2015-02-05 · First ISO triple certification
Obtained ISO9001 quality, ISO14001 environmental and ISO45001 occupational health & safety management system certification for the first time.
2018-06-22 · CRCC certification obtained
Section insulators passed CRCC certification (certificate No. CRCC10222P12329R1S-002, standard TB/T 3036-2016), covering models FYFH-1.6AT / 1.8AT / 1.8BT / 2.0AT / 2.0BT.
2022-03 · National joint procurement
Awarded contracts under China State Railway Group's first and second batch section insulator joint procurement; supply coverage extended to Wuhan, Lanzhou, Nanning and Urumqi railway bureaus.
2023-09-19 · ISO re-certification
Completed ISO9001:2015 / ISO14001:2015 / ISO45001:2018 re-certification, valid until 2027-01-15. Same year entered Jinan, Shenyang and Kunming railway bureau projects.
2024-08 · Cold-region projects
Won the Jiamusi–Tongjiang railway capacity expansion project (Harbin Railway Bureau) and the 2024–2025 OCS disconnector regional joint procurement (Zhengzhou Railway Bureau).
2025-07-03 · Double award in joint procurement
Won both the 2025 first-batch section insulator and first-batch neutral section insulator joint procurement projects of China State Railway Group in the same month.
2026-06-11 · Disconnector CRCC certification
Obtained CRCC certification for OCS electric disconnectors and substation electric disconnectors (≤200 km/h), covering six models, standard TB/T 3150-2007.
2026-06-30 · Section insulator re-certification
CRCC certificate CRCC10222P12329R1S-002 renewed, valid until 2027-11-22.
